Traveling Foundry
The Traveling Foundry is a unique and wonderful experience for all involved. The museum provides the opportunity for groups or parties to create a cast relief sculpture in aluminum. All experience levels are welcome.
Professional artists will teach participants, demonstrate basic carving techniques, and present the metal casting process in a hands-on learning environment. The Trails offers workshops for the community, (K-12) schools, and colleges across the country.

Event attendees can purchase their own carving block and create a personal design. Our team pours molten aluminum into their mold, and they take home a one-of-a-kind metal sculpture—all in the same day.

Large-Scale Installation
